I am an interim senior expert and executive, consultant, coach, mentor and active advisor.

As CEO, executive and shareholder, I have 30 years of national and international experience at the highest management level in group, medium-sized and family-owned companies.

In market-leading companies such as Bosch, Blaupunkt, Thomson, Vorwerk or Vivanco, I have taken over the helm as an experienced business guide and lead them safely through unknown and rough waters.

For many years, I have been working nationally and internationally as a senior executive on an interim basis, primarily in medium-sized companies and family-run businesses. Tasks in the area of general management included repositioning, realignment, reorganisation and growth.
Sales projects focused on all facets, instruments and concepts of sales activities.

In the case of succession in connection with the sale of companies, I managed and was jointly responsible for the M&A process (3-phase model: increase company value – realise company value – preserve company value).

In my role as a mentor but also an active advisor, I have intensively accompanied, supported and also stabilised younger executives and management teams at the upper management level for further development.
